The Directory of Schools and Colleges of Nursing in the Region of the Americas is a resource that provides information about Schools and Colleges of Nursing recognized by the governments of the countries.

The Directory is an initiative of PAHO/WHO and the Collaborating Center of the University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto College of Nursing, in Brazil.

Note: Listing of an institution in the Pan American Directory of Schools of Nursing does not mean that the Pan American Health Organization or the other organizations involved in the Directory maintenance have granted recognition or accreditation. Such procedures and decisions remain the exclusive prerogative of the national government concerned.
